Consulting Work Flow
Survey and Diagnosis: Make tentative contact with the client and have a general view of what problems the client has. Have a discussion with the relevant internal personnel of the client to find the causes and then write a survey report to analyze the problems and raise suggestions on the project. With the client’s approval, sign a cooperative agreement with it.
Design of Plan: Draft the implementation plans of the project, make in-depth investigation by interviewing the relevant employees of the client in stages and communicate with the high-level personnel when necessary to acquire useful information. Then present corresponding schemes to solve the problems found and appraise them with personnel in charge. After the best scheme is selected through the appraisal, write a report of each stage and exercise management over the project.
Implementation: Make the plans of implementing the scheme and give training to the operators to achieve some good result. Guide and supervise the client to solve the problems by the selected scheme and achieve the goal of solving the problems successfully in the end.
Acceptance-test: Make the final report and acceptance-test the project.
