1. Demand Analysis:
In order to gain an in-depth understanding of client's enterprise culture, history, products, working circumstances, and management style, we will have enough and effective communication with the client and make a particular analysis of the vacant position, with the result of a generalization as to the position's responsibilities, job requirements, and salary level or structure. Occasionally, it will be necessary for us to require a meeting chance with the general leader of the client company to ensure that the successful candidate will satisfy the client's demand and steadily run his long-term job. In this phase, our client should complete recruitment information registry.
Based on the combination of our good knowledge of the client's industry and specific requirements of the position, a Talent Sourcing Planning Report will be presented to our client after our scrupulous analysis and design. The report includes our understanding of the task, searching target and channels, searching plan, and other relevant suggestions.
2. Sign the Contract
Headhunting Service Contract will be signed under negotiation to further specify mutual responsibilities, rights, and obligations. The client shall prepaid headhunting position within five workdays after the contract is signed.
3. Search Talents
According to client's demand and our sourcing plan, we will mobilize our full- or part-time headhunters and information-collection consultants in certain industries and regions to conduct a wide and directed searching and gain a list of excellent candidates. Based on job requirements of the position, candidates' personal factors, such as basic information, working experiences, possibility and motivation of resignation, salary level, etc., will be analyzed and screened to target basically qualified candidate.
4. Personnel Testing
The basically qualified candidate will be tested according to our testing programs previously designed in consideration of specific situation of the position. And the findings, such as his personality, career inclination, professional knowledge and skills, professional aptitude, etc., will be scrupulously collected and analyzed, which lays the foundation for the ensuing professional testing report on comprehensive appraisal of the candidate.
5. Recommend the Candidate
The comprehensive information of the candidate who has gone through our appraisal will be submitted to our client, and we will serve the two parties of client and candidate as a bridge for their mutual expectations and anxieties.
6. Interviews
Required by the two parties of client and candidate, meeting will be arranged by us and their opinions after the meeting will be objectively sent back to each other by us. The third-party assessment of matching degrees of the two parties of client and candidate will be objectively conducted to secure the formation of the two parties' protocol of cooperation intensions.
7. Employment of the Successful Candidate
After the two parties' protocol of cooperation intensions is established, we will serve them as an assistant in their negotiations and communication concerning details, like the issue of salary.
We will train the successful candidate for related labor policies, which contributes to his smooth path to filling the position.
8. Payment :
The residue charges are to be settled within five workdays after the successfully recommended candidate has already filled the position.
9. Follow-up Service
During the successful candidate's probation period, we will keep in touch with the two parties of client and candidate, with an aim to coordinate them in removing possibly arising difficulties and barriers and securely going through their run-in period. |
