Headhunting Flowchart
■ Payment of Sourcing Position The client company shall prepay a certain amount of position that accounts for 30% of the total expense and is employed to warrant the validity of assigned positions in case candidates' intelligent property right will not be pirated under the cover of recruitment, as well as to cover part of the sourcing cost. 50% of the position, however, shall be returned if no successful candidate can be sought in duration stipulated by contract.
■ Probation Warrant
Three-month probation of successfully employed candidate is warranted by us. If resignation or dismissal without abnormal causes arises during this period, we shall provide optional candidates for employer's reference free of charge. Otherwise we will return 70% of the service charges if satisfactory candidate could have not be found yet within two months, with the exception that the client insists on continuous sourcing and recommending.
■ Payment
Client company shall prepaid headhunting position within five work days after the contract is signed in order to render the formal beginning of headhunting, and the residue charges are to be settled within five work days after the successfully recommended candidate has already filled the position.

Total Charges
■ 20%~30% of the salary (annual): Appropriate adjustment will be allowed through bilateral friendly negotiation, depending on degree of sourcing difficulty and client's specific situation; Salary (annual) = salary (monthly) × 13months+performance bonus .
Note: Monthly salary includes pre-taxed base pay after authorized employment, fixed bonus, subsidies, and other earnings arising from employment .
■ If the successful candidate would be granted shares or options, service charges will thereby be increased according to the following standard: RMB 20 thousand Yuan will be added for 5% ( not including 5% ) ; RMB 50 thousand Yuan for 5% — 10% ( not including 10% ) ; RMB 1 million Yuan for 10% — 20% ( not including 20% ) . The position gains a minimum annual salary of RMB 1 million Yuan.
